Build ON / ON Batit Program

Helping you prepare for work in the skilled trades in Ontario, Canada.

The National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA's Build ON / ON Batit program is funded by the Government of Canada.  The program offers specialized information and orientation to individuals relocating to Ontario and showing an interest in working in the Skilled Trades.  The program supports individuals who have received confirmation of permanent residency from the Government of Canada, that are planning to settle anywhere in Ontario. English for Academic Purposes

Prepare for your post-secondary education and enhance your English language skills! This two-semester program focuses on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills required for college studies. Canadore provides quality English language training in a caring and supportive environment using modern and social technologies. Must have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
